Held in the serene and historic Jacob’s Room at Pheasant Run Farm (200 Marticville Road, Lancaster, PA 17603), these midweek resets offer the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect in a peaceful retreat setting.

Start the evening with joyful movement through Zumba dancing with Nicolle, energizing your body and lifting your spirits. Then ease into Yoga and Meditation with Wendy, closing with a peaceful savasana and guided spring meditation. No experience necessary—just come as you are and enjoy this two-hour blend of movement, mindfulness, and stillness.

🪷 Yin & Pin

Experience deep healing and release in this unique two-hour session. Wendy will guide a slow and restorative Yin Yoga practice with mindful breathwork and meditation. During savasana, Dr. Tammy Brady, a licensed acupuncturist, RN, and certified yoga instructor, will apply universal acupressure points to enhance relaxation and energy flow. Dr. Tammy’s integrated approach combines Eastern wisdom with Western care for a truly transformative reset.

Wendy S. Gillman, M.S. Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor

Wendy is the founder of Doing Dharma, where her mission is:

“To support individuals’ wellness and personal and professional development in alignment with their greater purpose, so that, both the individual and society benefit.”

With over 20 years in higher education, Wendy has worked as a career counselor, academic advisor, lead success coach, and college instructor. She has also taught courses in Career Development, College Success, First-Year Seminar, and Yoga. Trained in Thailand, Wendy’s yoga instruction reflects a gentle, meditative, traditional Eastern approach, with creative sequencing that prepares the body for rest and reflection.

Her desire to help others grow holistically—emotionally, physically, and professionally—is the heart of her work. Wendy’s “habit-hacking” coaching and yoga teachings empower clients to manage stress, build confidence, and move forward in life and career with clarity.
